Follow the steps below to edit a new box that has not yet been stored at Iron Mountain.
- Select Records Management | Collections, Add Records | Collection List (Add Records). The Collection List screen opens.
- Click the Action drop-down to the right of the box and select Edit from the drop-down list. The box record opens with the Box Details screen displayed.
NOTE: New Box icons
are clickable. Use them as a shortcut to open the View Box screen instead of using the Action drop-down selections.

Edit the box details. Changing the Customer will cause you to lose any data you entered previously on this screen.
- Click the File tab to view a list of the files contained in this box.
- If your company stores files with Iron Mountain, click the Add File button to add files to this box.

Click Save to save your changes and return to the Collection List screen.
NOTE: You are also able to edit box details while using the View Box functionality.
